Experience: Neutral in the mediation and arbitration family, personal injury, real estate and commercial disputes;
20 years of litigation experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in commercial and personal injury matters; 10 years of experience training adult and youth mediators.

Experience: Neutral in the facilitation and mediation of community, organizational and multi-party public policy disputes. 15 years of’ experience in natural resource public policy facilitation, and communithy-based collaborative planning/problem solving.

Experience: Neutral in the mediation of civil and family disputes since 1992; past Board member of the Community Mediation Center, Montana Mediation Association; 9 years of litigation experience in family law, personal injury law and criminal prosecution; 10 years of experience training adult and youth mediators.
